He was exceptional. During the drive to and from the Everglades, he shared fascinating stories about Miami, its history, neighborhoods, culture, and development. It felt like we got a bonus Miami city tour in addition to the Everglades experience.Haagen was also incredibly knowledgeable about the Everglades ecosystem and its wildlife. He explained the unique environment, the animals living there, conservation efforts, and answered all our questions with enthusiasm and expertise.The airboat tour itself was fantastic, and we were able to see plenty of wildlife, including alligators in their natural habitat. The entire day was well organized, informative, and enjoyable for both adults and children.A special thank you to Haagen for his professionalism, knowledge, and passion. Our driver, Hagen, was great. He picked us up at our hotel on time in a clean, cool vehicle. The 45-minute drive was very informative and fun, covering details about Miami, sightseeing tips, and the Everglades. Thanks for a fantastic day in the Everglades.

Christian was a fantastic guide as he was very knowledgeable about the Everglades. It was a very easy process with him in charge - so much easier than driving out yourself. The airboat was fun and unique and luckily saw two alligators and the show was entertaining and educational. 100% would recommend!!

The tour was great. Our driver Christian was very helpful in teaching us about the Everglades and what we may see. Our boat the Tataa Express was a fun ride and we were able to see two alligators. The captain was great about making sure people on both sides could see the gators. The show with Alex at the end was very funny and a good time.
