I found several original watercolor cards and pieces of jewelry that I loved. So many beautiful paintings and pieces of jewelry to see! Someone told me when I came into the gallery that if I wanted something custom designed, one of the artists would sit down and work with me. I look forward to shopping there again the next time I'm in the area.

Everything in this shop is locally made. There's a variety of items -- artwork, jewelry, wall hangings to name a few. If you live in the area, you can find things for yourself. If a visitor, there are items to remember your visit (not what you see in souvenir shops).

Nick and one of the jewelery makers invited us and 4 kiddos over to make jewelery with them. It was a great rainy day activity for the kids. She was SO patient with the kids and let them all make bracelets. She does this on Saturdays.

We stopped at Artworks to look for gifts and found a number of nice pieces. There were some really nice ceramic pieces, as well as some jewelry. Certainly worth a stop.

Stopped by Artworks at Villagio on Perdido Key for the first time in several years and discovered a new potter exhibiting under the name N Joy Mud. She does gorgeous sushi and rice sets, goblets, trays and funny gifts such as tiny “Perdido mice,” honoring the endangered native rodent. Check her out for hostess gifts, souvenirs and beach house furnishings.
