Looked for transportation service to hotel from BWI airport. Our driver never spoke and the fee for less than 5 miles was $47 plus tip. Big Mistake. Take the Yellow Checker Cab instead, $27

Got in late—very few shuttles….horrible experience. Very few busses and they run irregularly. If you can go to one of the other, DC airports, do it.

Shuttle driver Melvin was very kind, educated and serviceable and knowledgeable about the area. And the hotel response to my shuttle request was fast.

Not having shuttles traveling in pairs. We saw two shuttles leave right at the same time as we walked up to pickup area. Neither stopped when waved at. They returned 38 minutes later as a pair again.

I called to find out info on my son and his friends getting a ride from Loyola University in Maryland, to the airport and back. I was asked by Gina for the address of pickup. I said, Do you pick up at the University. Yes. What is the address of pickup? I told her that I only know that it's the University. 5-6 times she asked, What is the address of pickup. Your business is in Baltimore. You routinely pickup and drop off students at the University. You know where it is! The kids can meet you anywhere on campus. After the phone call, I looked up reservations online, and there are 2 locations for pickup on campus. Really, Gina? Was it that hard to be helpful and share information? CUSTOMER SERVICE is helping people in your area of expertise. Plus your business just lost 4 kids riding with your company to and from the airport.
