Very nice mall. Plenty of stores without the overwhelming crowds of opry mills. Plenty of parking. Lots of nearby restaurants

I grew up at this mall as our primary shopping location. I spent years of my teen life here so it really hurts me to say it needs to shut down, but it does. I went in there this week because I was forced to look for shoes here. I was so sad I went it was depressing. I don't know who shops at these places, but the clothing and shoe options were disgusting. It was so difficult to find a decent pair of shoes that were not florescent colors, sparkly, or something you could wear to work. People were walking around arguing and yelling profanities at each other which was enough for me to take my 6 year-old and leave. Completely disrespectful there was a child or other people around and that was more the norm than the exception. Carnival grade items being peddled in the middle of the store. It was terrible and I never even saw police or security present.

This used to be the fanciest mall in middle Tennessee. Now, it has a lot of junk stores. Still nice to go to once in a while though. Ample parking. Food court.
