If there is one place that qualifies as the nucleus for art and inspiration in Fort Myers, it HAS to be the Union Artist Studios and their Art Loft. These guys took over the second floor of the Edwards Building, which is located in the campus of the Alliance for the Arts, and made it their own. Together with other artist studios in the loft, they host events, artists talks and special sales. Visit them on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm, while the Green Market is happening downstairs. You will not regret your visit!

As I walked into the studio I started to brows at the most amazing art work and , then I caught a glimpse at the Artis at work creating. I loved the experiences so much that I had to take something from the Artist back home with me.

Stop by this unique studio/gallery that is packed with local artists' work from all of SW Florida. This cooperative features a fun inviting atmosphere, and is located in the well known ALLIANCE FOR THE ARTS compound just minutes from historic downtown Fort Myers river district. One must stop by and check it out when in the area.

See a group of artists and enjoy a good experience. I visited during the open hours and got to see some of the artists working. They have a good selection of handmade items as well as original art. Also, their Wine and Art Nights are a lot of fun! Definitely a place to visit.
