Was hoping to work with this company due to positive reviews but I tried contacting them via their website and email and never received a response back. Got voicemail when I called.

Everything went so smooth!! Great vehicle. Wonderful people. We had a feeling of confidence & security. Our group of 8 adults and LOTS of luggage, booked a transfer from the FLL Airport to our hotel, a trip to Port Everglades, a trip back from Port Everglades to the hotel and finally a trip back to the airport. This was all arranged many months before hand and the trips were taken in a 14 day period.GREAT COMPANY!!

We just got back from a cruise that left out of Miami. We hired QLS for three separate transfers. Every part of it was immaculate! Karina got us quotes that were much less than all other companies. We were a party of 7 and didn’t want to separate into two Ubers. We were really impressed with everything. The vehicles were well maintained and drivers were excellent! We plan to us QLS again next year when we take our next family cruise. Thank you from your friends in Canada!

We had 2 pickups that were very late with not enough room for luggage or seats for all passengers. We called to confirm arrangements prior to pick ups and they said we were all set. So disappointed.

We had used them in the past with great success and this time was HORRIBLE.Transfer from hotel to port was over 45 mins late and people had to sit with luggage on their lap as the vehicle had insufficient room.Transfer from port to airport was over an hour late and did not have room for 2 of our group, although I confirmed the numbers with Karina. She assured me they would send two vehicles to ensure sufficient space, although only 1 showed up.Will never use them again!
