Bathtub showed rust around metal drain and evidence of rusty water backup into the tub itself, about 18 inches. We were not comfortable using the shower in our room.Lobby furniture shows lots of wear.

This hotel is very run down, not maintained at all: damaged ceiling from a leak not fixed, wallpaper in bathroom just glued a separate piece to cover a hole, and overall maintenance not done. I would think Hilton would be embarrassed to have this hotel in the listing. I think this hotel is more for workers instead of for families on vacation. I should have read the reviews before booking, but I have always tested Hilton/Hampton. Can’t win them all I guess.

The worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. It is not the fault of the staff. They were all very nice. I did have to ask for my water but that was no big deal. The condition of the building itself it the issue. Wallpaper hanging loose, bathroom ceiling peeling. There was some mystery puddle with rust chips in the bathtub when I went to take a shower. There was one nice lady doing breakfast and she needed 12 arms for all the things she had to take care of. I had to wait just to get a cup of coffee. Again, I do not blame the staff for this run down place. I blame the franchisee, the management company. I'm sure they do not pay a living wage, and do not want to spend money on upkeep of the property. That might cut into their profit. And we can't have that right? Good luck to you who work there.

Ongoing maintenance is lacking at this property. The electrical outlet (Room 109) that one needed to use for the in-roon coffee maker was not to code- fire hazard- pulled away from wall. The shower/bath faucet would not shut off- it ran a small stream of water all night. It was reported, but no one came to fix it. What a waste of water. Carpet needed replacing- shredded by bed. It was just kind of gross. We were charged $4.00 for parking and we didn't even have a car to park. Not offered Diamond snack- had to ask for our water. What a waste of points. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy. Stay somewhere else! We should has initiated our free night guarantee.
