It was our anniversary and my husband and I treated each other to some pampering. I had the Island Fresh Scrub with Marie. It was a scrub but also like a massage. My skin was so smooth and fresh afterwards. Marie was a pure delight! I highly recommend the treatment. I also had a facial with Kobelyn and it was the best facial I have ever had - and I have had quite a few. Some of the that was due to the products used - which I purchased some she recommended and have seen improvement in my skin - but Kobelyn was great - a true facial master! When we make it back to Naples from Texas next we will definitely do a repeat!

I had an 80min massage by Michael, an older gentleman that was very kind and professional. He has been a massage therapist for the last 20 years and it shows. He gave me great advice about some exercises to do at home since I have scoliosis and really knew what he was doing. I can say this because I’ve had many many massages in my life.

Enjoyed a fabulous hot rocks massage provided by Luna who gave me a wonderful massage experience that left me floating on the table. She is a soothing, experienced and skilled massage therapist. Highly recommend her.

Mediocre massage at a high end spa price. Spa appeared to be converted hotel rooms. No spa amenities. I do not recommend going here.

As I travel, one of the things I always look forward to is a massage before returning home. When we arrived at Spa Terrence at La Playa, we were escorted into the relaxation room, a small room which was very plain and not reminiscent of any relaxation room I had ever been in before. We waited for the staff, think that we would be taken into a dressing/locker room area to prepare. Instead, we were led to the massage room where we had a hook for our clothes (again, very underwhelming). The massage was fine, not great. I think it was negatively affected by the lack of facility and ambience. And finally, the bill. This was the. Most expensive massage I had scheduled in the last few years of having had approximately 50 such treatments. The roughly 500 dollar charge was excessive given all that was missing. To be honest, I would never return to this spa.
