We had a superb tour with Norm, he was informative, funny and hugely enthusiastic about Buffalo and its history. We spent a happy 4 hours or so looking at the sights and enjoying a fun day on the segways. Highly recommended.

My family and I went on this tour in June 2026 and had a great time. Norm was a phenomenal host, he shared his enthusiasm for Buffalo and its storied history as we visited and learned about numerous historical locations in the North Buffalo area. The Segways were easy to use and well-maintained, and we all learned how to use them very quickly with Norm's demonstrations and guidance. We would absolutely do this tour again.

Can’t rate our Buffalo Touring Company Segway tour highly enough, such a great experience. Norm’s history lesson prior to the Segway experience, with accompanying historical artefacts, really was first rate. His passion for Buffalo was contagious and we learnt so much.Norm’s training in the car park at the history museum ensured we were comfortable and safe on our Segways. The Segway tour itself was brilliant, we were amazed by Norm’s knowledge and we had ample opportunity to chat and ask questions throughout.Thank you Norm and Cheryl, as visitors from Scotland our tour was a highlight of our 2 week vacation. We’d repeat the tour in a heartbeat!If you’re reading this, just book! Great value and you won’t be disappointed.

Third time for us with Norm and Cheryl, riding the Segways around historical sites in Buffalo. Norm is an excellent teacher, we all felt comfortable riding these machines after his training. It was a beautiful sunny day and Hoyt Lake and Japanese Gardens were picture perfect. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon outside. You should try this!

Well what can I say !! We had an amazing time visiting a beautiful part of Buffalo. We have been on segways numerous times but Norm & wife Cheryl, went above & beyond what we have previously experienced. If it’s your 1st time on a Segway, you will love it & feel comfortable as the safety course was second to none. I am deaf & truly appreciated the extra effort Norm went to so I could understand the history of Buffalo. Wonderful people who provided a wonderful experience, Thank You Norm & Cheryl ❤️
