Honestly there’s no much to improve on you guys rock
MoreGood stay here in Pueblo. Good, safe economy motel with everything I needed in working order. Can walk to restaurants too.
MorePablo Colorado, United. The staff was very nice and polite. We were carrying a boat and she let us park on the side that no one was supposed to park because it was so far in back and it was no lighting for our truck in the boat so we really appreciate it .
MoreEverything was okay until it came to check out! The front lady at the desk charged us for a hand towel that DID NOT belong to us or them! So we tried ask why the charge if it wasn’t hers or ours. But she couldn’t give us an explanation but going back to “ this isn’t mine “ DEFINITELY will not be going back! She needs to get her story straight but obviously they needed extra money from us!! If ratings could go low I’d a negative!
MoreWe experienced the rudest, most condescending customer service upon check in from the front desk girl, with smirks, sarcasm and a little racism thrown in. We left prudently to never return. As a frequent traveler and hotel quest, i have rarely been this disappointed!
