Herbivorous Butcher, as the name suggests, is a vegan butcher shop owned by the sister and brother duo Aubry and Kale Walch. The menu is mainly inspired by Guamanian cuisine and other cultures from around the world. The place offers an online store and has opened a ground store in early 2016. Some of their renowned creations include Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, Ground beef, Pepperoni and a lot more.
