If I could give a lower rating I would. The hateful decrepid old hag at the front counter refused to answer a simple question without me having a muzzle of shame on. Then tried to hand me one she picked up off the floor with her bare grubby hands. Hopefully this store and this nonsense will pass into the past sooner than later. The arrogance and air of superiority she had after I complied with her demands was disgusting. I am ashamed and sad that my mother spent money there and that I was subjected to such treatment just to ask where to pick up a ratty piece of second hand furniture from their open air garage full of of second hand crap.

This thrift shop is fun. Whether you find something there or not, it's fun to look. Clothes, household items and home decor items are all represented. I went to one of the estate sales in the back of the building and fell in love with a framed picture. I didn't buy it, and the next time it was still there. I still didn't buy it. And at the next estate sale I went to, it was gone. I felt bad, and after looking around the estate sale some more, I went back into the thrift shop. I looked up, and there was the picture, marked WAY down. Apparently if something does not sell in one of the every 2 week estate sales for a long time , it could end up in the thrift shop! Not everything, I'm sure, but it was such a find for me!. The place is nice and clean and has some very good things. Clothing, furniture even small appliances and linens. Frames, pictures, seasonal items, shoes, and handbags show up too.. I bought a very nice little cart for $5.00! Try this shop, you'll like it!

We found a few duck prints and books. Excellent selection of furniture, but are traveling by car. Worthwhile for an hour stop.

We stopped in since we were in the area and the distillery next door was not open yet. It was better than I expected. It’s very well organized and clean. I got some great deals on glassware and other household items. I wish I had visited sooner. It’s a must stop for Asheville.

Wide selection of items. Went here twice while visiting. Their book section will make any Bookworm such as myself go broke...lol!!! So neatly arranged. Authors placed together, subject placed together. Great prices. Brought home only 7 but was tempted for so much more. Very friendly people working there also.
