tripadvisorThis mall is almost completely closed. There are still a couple of large anchor stores that draws people to it; however, there isn’t much of a reason to go beyond them. Teens enjoyed the 25 cent arcade, so that might be the only reason to go into it. Otherwise, there are plenty of better ways to spend your time.
MoreBooks-A-Million is the only store worth visiting in this mall. This mall isn't visually pleasing and doesn't have much to draw visitors. I recommend parking at Books-A-Million and visiting their store and skipping the rest of the mall.
MoreWe went to wing company to share some wings with my family. We thought the food was suppose to be cooked fresh. When we received the food it was refried old wings drowning in sauce and old soggy fries. When I went to get a remake of really fresh food, the waitress stated we could not receive new food or a refund because we ate some of the food. Customer service could be ALOT better and if you are suppose to be cooking fresh food. COOK FRESH FOOD!!!! Not coming back!!!
More4 adults went to see a movie, at what was THE WORST theater I have ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot). As soon as we walked in, the smell was horrible. The lobby felt dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting (toilet paper and what I hope was water on the floor of the women’s and NONE of the sinks in the men’s worked, among other things), and once inside and seated, the stink carried over and I just felt dirty and felt itchy through the whole movie. We will NEVER go back. *I can handle a theater being a little run down and outdated... as long as it’s CLEAN. This was not the case here. 2 of us are from out of town and 2 are new locals who had never been.
MoreSignage indicates that changes to the mall are “Coming Soon.” I sure hope so! Not much here to look at, Belks and Bass Pro seem to take up about 50% of the footprint of the entire mall. Food court appears to have only a few restaurants. Busiest store was Bass Pro, all the other stores made us feel like we at the beginning of the zombie apocalypse.
