I do not recommend this business. I found them on Facebook and had initially booked an appointment for a full set of Lash extensions. I was asked to put a credit card on file to HOLD the appointment. I received an appointment confirmation confirming the appointment and outlining their cancellation policy of 48 hours in advance. I canceled the appointment more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, and the business confirmed this. Instead of releasing the hold to my credit card, she charged me $100 dollars. During my interaction with the business, they did not mention anything of a non-refundable charge until I inquired about the unauthorized charge on my credit card. I have now filed a claim with my credit card company and submitted proof with screenshots that the appointment confirmation outlined the cancellation policy and proof that I followed the policy! They have opened an investigation and credited my money back!This would have been the first time using this business, and this is not how we treat customers. I would understand the charge if I had been a no show or last-minute cancellation, but this was not the case! Do not use his business. They are crooks!
