They quoted a one-way limo service from Colorado Springs to Santa Fe on May 13, 2024 for a cost of $343.75. I booked and paid the non-refundable fare on June 2, 2024 for service date of July 28, 2024 for my elderly parents. (91 and 89).On the evening of July 25, I received an email from the limo owner stating that they could not provide the service at the quoted price. She said the trip cost is now $1,500! With only a couple of days notice, I was unable to hire anyone and ended up driving them to Santa Fe. It was 630 miles roundtrip.When I asked her about the substantial difference the quote and the actual price, Deanna stated that her website gave an inaccurate quote. I asked why they didn't reach out in the beginning of June, so we could make other arrangements, she had no answer.I was curious, so I requoted the exact fare on her website. The fare came up as $348. I called her back and asked about the fare, and she said it will still be $1,500 and that she had a client in a similar emergency situation and also charged them $1500 for their fare.Do not trust the quote you receive, it is a Bait and Switch. At the last minute they will cancel your limo unless you pay the jacked up price.NOTE: When I researched World Travel Management Limo Service, I discovered that their address is a UPS Store Mailbox and that the photos of their fleet are actually Google Stock Photos of Limousine cars.

Soooo unacceptable for how an employer/owner treats her employees, and not ok for her to be providing any other information.

We do not recommend this company. We booked this company to provide transportation for ourselves and a group of wedding guests after our wedding reception. We confirmed multiple times that the bus the company was sending would accommodate a minimum number of people. The bus that arrived on the night of the wedding reception was smaller than what we had been guaranteed. Some of our wedding guests had to find alternate transportation at the last second. The driver informed us that the original bus had mechanical issues. We contacted the company the next day to voice our frustration with the situation they caused but nobody responded. We have since called the company multiple times and they refuse to answer or call us back. This company failed to provide the service we paid for, and to make it worse, they refuse to make the situation right with an apology or refund.

We used their service to celebrate my wife's birthday at the Geronimo. Ovido(sorry about the spelling) our driver was most courteous, engaging. The vehicle a new suburban was comfortable, and well maintained. Excellent communications as well as accommodating as we had to change our pick up time at the hotel. Highly recommend their service is top notch.

I have been a tenant for almost 2 years now at a leased property managed by Landseer. My experience is that their efficiency in dealing with issues on the property, as well as their professionalism in dealing with me personally, have greatly improved to the point that I would call it excellent. In particular, our property manager Don Hurst has been amazingly quick and reliable at addressing any concerns I’ve had, Gail Martinez, the Maintenance Office Manager, was a joy to work with and is outstanding at detecting and taking care of any problems, and Tanya Kil in the front office, is always so friendly and welcoming, and superb at handling whatever comes up. The standard of professionalism that Landseer has established in Santa Fe must be a challenge for their competition.
