We couldn't be happier with our experience with Zippy Shuttle. Ken runs an excellent company that provides a very convenient aba affordable service. Traveling to and from LAX can be stressful, especially with small children. Zippy Shuttle makes that experience so much more pleasant. Our driver, Elias, was helpful, friendly, and skillfully navigated his way in and out of LAX. We will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend it to everyone.

My family and I (8 people total) went to Disneyland with my toddler and 11 month old. This was my baby’s first trip and I was pretty nervous. Ken, our driver, picked me and the family up right away after landing from our flight and greeted us with the most friendly and welcoming presence. Zippy provided car seats for my kids, which lighted our travel load BIG TIME. The drive was smooth and safe. Using Zippy made our trip extra magical and we are excited to use Zippy again for our next Disney trip.

Was at LAX baggage claim within minutes of us calling, state certified children’s car seats (1 yr & 4 yr) set up upon arrival, complimentary water on way to hotel, driver even offered to take us to the store if needed. Big seller was no extra hotel stops on way to the hotel and family of 8 had whole van to ourselves. Would definitely recommend Zippy Shuttle for families who have children needing car seats. Good old fashion customer service where the needs of the customer come first. Our driver Ken was so friendly and helpful. Definitely will use Zippy Shuttle again.

Ken was amazing! He goes above and beyond for great customer service! He was at the airport about 1 minute after texting that we had arrived at LAX. He accommodated a total of 8 people to a van WHICH included 2 kids (one baby and a toddler). The car seats were included in the price and all our luggage fit beautifully. He even had bottled water for us if we got thirsty. He let us know right away that he’d stop for any bathroom breaks for quick stops on our way to the hotel. A very personable man and one who cares for his passengers. He got us to our hotel in great time and was very punctual on the pick up on our last day to take us back to the airport! This was our second time using Zippy (the first back in 2018) and we had an excellent experience! We booked them for airport transfer and to take us to Universal on one of the days of our trip; we also had 4 children in car seats included in our larger group of 10. The pre-trip communication with Ken via email was fantastic- he was very quick to respond and great about answering all my questions. Ken was also our driver on the trip- always very prompt, professional, incredibly kind and friendly. We all had a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!
