I want to tell you about the unlimited bike ride in Orleans. In the morning we took 2 bikes because we were 2 couples. Not the most comfortable in the world but,The driver was lovely and the price was reasonable. Because we liked the bike ride, we ordered 2 drivers to the hotel with bikes again.and thought it would cost us maybe $5 or $10 more than in the morning because it was evening and two blocks further than in the morning. They gave us a serious tour of the city and when we arrived they charged us $100, which is $60 more than in the morning. I understand that a bike is not a vehicle, but $100 for a fifteen-minute ride is really stealing from tourists who come to the city. One of them said, Let's go from here, so the other said NO. Let's go from there, and made sure to extend the trip even further. They should be ashamed of themselves for such service. It was disgusting and shameful for New Orleans to treat tourists in the city who don't know the place like this. We were shocked but we paid. On the way back from the same place to the hotel, we took a Uber that cost us $11.98. For 8 minute ride. So for all those who want to enjoy Unlimited bicycles, I don't recommend them. Bottom line. I didn't fly in a spaceship. All i did was sitting on a crappy bike.

My friend and I disembarked from the Creole Queen paddle boat at the River Walk. It was 9 PM. We needed to get back to the Hyatt Regency on Loyola. There were several Bike Taxi Unlimited drivers waiting to assist passengers who needed transportation. We got a ride from Matt - he was awesome! Got us back to our hotel quickly and safely. Traffic was busy and it was dark. His driving was steady, strong, and alert. Thank you Matt and Bike Taxi Unlimited for taking the initiative by staging at the dock. Our ride home was convenient and the perfect end to our night. We recommend using this option of transportation.

We used Bike Taxi Unlimited while staying in New Orleans. We must complement our driver, Chris T., for a friendly and safe return to our hotel. He was very personal able and shared some interesting points about the city during the ride. We would definitely use him again for a future trip while in NOLA.

Once the Christmas parade was over we happened to see a gentleman with a pedicab in Lafayette Square.  I am a local and had never taken a  pedicab (in NOLA) so we decided to jump on for a ride around Lafayette Square.  It was a short ride but we had a ball especially since the Christmas Parade had just ended. We had an opportunity to see many of the people who had participated in the parade which was quite interesting. It was a ton of fun.  Special thanks to our driver who was the absolute best!

This was the best pedicab ride I’ve ever been on, and I go on a lot of them! My chauffeur, Barry, was so nice! He knew a ton about the area, gave me a few recommendations, and we laughed. I had an hour to get to my destination and Barry was kind enough to take me down some side streets to look at the architecture. Such a pleasant ride. I felt the price was reasonable, and I will call Barry every chance I get on this trip!
