My wife and I were the only guests on our tour. Channing, our guide, made it feel especially personable for us; she was excellent, full of knowledge (I have roots in this part of Arkansas, and knowing the history of the area, the back story she told of Eureka Springs is spot on) and witty. I, myself, am a skeptic about the paranormal, but I enjoy most haunted/ghost tours as they are oftentimes a great source of behind-the scenes history lessons. This tour is no different. I highly recommend you give them a try! (Bring comfortable walking shoes)
