One of the highlights of our trip to Florida. Got to see wild gators, snake and the wildlife at the lake. Experience that will last.

After making a reservation for 11 we were called to say our time was moved back, because the previous tour was still out, finally to be called to inform that the boat was broken down and was taken to a mechanic. So what was the story, really? Immediately called credit card company to be sure we weren’t scammed and our card wasn’t charged. Did I mention the owner wasn’t sure of his business address, and asked us to meet in a public park? Wish I would have read others reviews. ZERO stars, and thanks for wasting out irreplaceable vacation time!

We had planned a Florida vacation recently. Three of us purchased Groupon's for a Big Toho Airboat tour. Tried approximately 8-10 times to book a reservation. Calls go to voice mail that is full. Went to their website and it was no longer in service, although I see it is up and running now, but still no answer on their phone. Finally decided to drive to the address on the voucher only to find out it was a gas station. The attendant at the station said it was the pickup location for Big Toho and that he was unable to help us. BOTTOM LINE ... we are out our money!!

We tried 3 times to honor a trip we booked via Groupon. I found out the first trip was cancelled since I called the day before to verify. We were on our way there for the second time and they called to cancel due to mechanical issues. The third time we drove the 45 minute drive and Jamie does show up, only to say they have to cancel due to mechanical issues yet again. No surprise, after 2 emails to work on a refund (which she initiated) I've heard nothing and lost our money. Complete sham- don't ever use!

ZERO STARS. We are sitting here at the gas station where you are to meet. Nobody from Toho showed up. Calls go to voice mail that is full. Attendant at gas station (who is not affiliated with Toho) say a Toho has not shown up lately. Another group is also waiting here. Toho has our money. We were told to show up NLT 10:30 for 11:00 tour. We left the meet up station at 11:00. They have my phone number. No call. Nothing. Ripped me off of my my money and vacation time.
