The Lagree method is a core-focused, full body workout on the revolutionary Megaformer M3S. It will build strength, lengthen your muscles and tone the body all while increasing your endurance, balance and flexibility in just 45 minutes. Our Megaformer classes are based on resistance that places muscles under constant tension, providing hundreds of different exercises so that no class is ever the same and there's no plateauing. Be prepared for results while challenging yourself in our small group class (8 students maximum). Our studio is newly redesigned to make you feel focused and centered inward while you work your hardest. Our new yoga studio is a beautifully appointed space to bring you the benefits of yoga in a small, personalized and intimate setting to make you feel beautiful inside and out. Our teachers are able to attend to our clients on a personal level because of our class size. Juju Life has a shower, locker rooms and a vanity area with great amenities so that you can leave here ready to go! Next door is our amazing Juju Room with whole body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, normatec compression and red light therapy so you can recover from your athletic endeavors, relax, detoxify, heal and beautify!
