Quick Shuttle was prompt in communications during the reservation stage. We were a group of 8, four of which were children, and had about 10 bags. Our arrival to FLL was an hour late but Quick Shuttle adjusted the pickup to match. They met us on time at the designated area, loaded all our baggage and provided a clean and comfortable van to our hotel in Miami. The following day they were also on time to give us a ride to the port in Miami. I would hire them again and not hesitate to recommend this company.

I booked my reservation from the Port of Miami to the Miami Airport for a 8:00am pickup. I was at the curb at 7:55am and the driver stated he was almost there. At 8:15 I called back and was told the same thing, I made my final call at 8:30 and was told he was picking someone else us first. I was forced to take a taxi to the airport. I emailed and advised the company what happened and they failed to uphold their end of our contract and requested a refund. I was told “I don’t issue refunds”. I was forced to open a dispute with my credit card company. I did learn my family of 4 trip to the airport by taxi was half the price.

Six of us did a R/T Miami Airport to Cruise Terminal shuttle on 11/25/19 and 12/5/19. Driver was an hour late picking us up at Airport . An 1 1/2 late picking us up at the Cruise terminal. He left 6 seniors waiting on the curb on a hot afternoon. They told us they were 10 minutes away over and over. In fairness, It was a newer large vehicle, driver was polite, and price was noticeably less than competitors.

They did a great job getting us to our ship in comfort and style. The ride was smooth and we got right up front at the terminal.

I used their service on August 27th...fort Lauderdale airport to miami cruise port. Our pick up time was 12:30pm we were goiing through customs when they started calling my cell line at 1215pm. I told them i not able to talk because customs officer said no cell phones for good reason....i did tell them we would see them at 1230 just wait. We arrived at our pick up point at 1226pm they had left. They sent another company to pick us up and they went to the wrong terminal. We finally got to the ship...but it took an extra 3 hours...then i cancelled my return trip with them. They okayed the cancellation and then went ahead and charged my credit card. I called them and they said it was a mistake and it would be reversed but it never was reversed. I had to.open a dispute case with my credit card company to get my money back from these thieves. Stay away from this company and read the reviews on them....they are crooks. Theo
