I’ve been getting massages for over 20 years. Shannon is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had … hands down . She combines brief stretching exercises into the session while working the sore parts of my body perfectly. She is always very interested in how I’m feeling before each session and adjusts things accordingly. Shannon has a great attitude and definitely cares about her clients!

I love Lynette! When I first went my hair was so dry and brittle however now I have the best hair ever! She's always great to get me in (even offers late appointments)! She's always on time and I look forward everytime I have an appointment! Her expertise with my color and cut is amazing!

I'm in love with this new (to me) salon and spa. I just had the best massage with Pete. He really did a deep tissue massage, where other places only call it deep tissue. The place was very clean and quiet. It was easy to relax and unwind. It's a bit pricier than other places I've been, but totally worth it. Word of advice, there are entrances on both sides of the building. But the massage area is on the second floor and accessed from the back of the building (away from Clay's Mill). I love the online booking, I was able to get a last minute appointment after they were already closed. I can't wait to try their salon for my next hair appointment.

I was tired of the quick walk in nail salons that have people that can hardly speak english and who knows if they are talking about you because you don't understand their language. This salon is decorated very nicely and the people that work there are very nice and do a WONDERFUL job! I highly recommend you try this salon and you won't go back to any other place.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with Thelma, the massage therapist at A New Day Spa. Choosing a massage therapist is similar to a hairdresser: you need to feel very comfortable and the treatment has to be spot-on, or you won't return. Well, Thelma is going to be my new permanent therapist from now on. Excellent service and I feel great, relaxed, and have less pain already. The salon, itself, is also lovely.
