DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!! We had a group of 10 people and hired him to take us to a concert which started at 5:30pm. They were supposed to pick us up between 3:30-4pm. At 3:54pm the driver called us and said the bus was not working correctly, broke down in the street, and he needed to wait at a gas station a few miles away until the bus starting working. We waited and nothing happened and the driver would not answer his phone. We ended up leaving at 4:55pm having to drive in 3 separate cars and pay $60+ to park and were late to the concert. My daughters were super bummed that they missed the opener and one of the reasons we spent over $500 on each ticket. We cancelled the party bus since he was over a hour late and now the owner of the company won’t refund our money. They had a faulty broken down bus which was over a hour late and never arrived so we cancelled and drove ourselves to make the concert. We gad no choice but the owner said we shouldn’t have cancelled and won’t give the money back.Do not use this company under any circumstance. The owner does not know how to run a business or anything about customer service. I would rather walk miles in the heat than use this scam company. The buses are old and break down and will make you late. Please spread the word to anyone you know not to use this company.
