This place is pretty depressing, honestly not sure how it's legal to keep such large animals is such small areas. It was pushing 100 degrees when I took my cousin and you could tell every animal there was miserable and either not moving or moving in around in a manic way. I even felt bad for the snakes. Charging a ton of money without investing in the well being of the animals is pretty dark.

On our trip from Dan Antonio to the outlet mall I seen this place. My 9-year old wanted to stop in on our way back… so we did. I try did not expect much of this as it really doesn’t look like much on the outside but Holy crap it was amazing!! Tons of animals, interactions and etc.. we had an absolute amazing time, it wasn’t super crowded, it was clean and neat the animals looked great and healthy! We had a blast!

What a lovely experience! We went with our 8 year old granddaughter, and all of us had a great time. Got to be up close and personal with a number of the animals (both in the petting zoo and with the bison and camels) which was really great. Got to see others closer than one usually gets to (capybaras, Eurasian eagle owls and fennec foxes were especially popular!) Some of the enclosures are pretty small, and that's my only negative. I do understand they are environmentally and educationally focused, and plan to expand. The educational sessions about different animals that happen throughout the day are great - and included in the price of admission. Personal encounters are available - we did not do those.

this is a very horrible place for these poor animals, no room for them, i do not recommend anyone to go here, this is abusing animals!

My bucket list goal of meeting a capybara… complete! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with two young capybaras. The amount of time allotted was enough, and it was fun to feed them lettuce. They were very sweet and gentle, even if one of them tried to eat my braid The gift shop was affordable and we definitely left with a giant stuffed capybara!
