I often have good luck at the Burlington store. On this visit I was wanted to look for a few men’s short sleeve style shirts. Burlington often carries a decent men’s selection in the $12.99 to 16.99 price range. Unfortunately, on this occasion the men’s department appears to be fairly picked over. Perhaps my visit was just ad a bad time or they were waiting for a delivery of new merchandise. I ended up leaving the store having purchased nothing.

While waiting in the Line the Manager felt it was best to pull my cart to the side and call people who only had 2 or 3 items ahead of me. Had I been asked I probably wouldn't have minded. When I asked her why she was calling people a head of me, She stated, she needs to get her line down. After waiting in line for 15 minutes and to be what I thought was next in line. Just to be completely disrespected. I just walked out, leaving my $300 cart sitting there. Not only did this business lose money but now you have to put it all away. I get what she thought she was doing, but she obviously is not well versed in business. I do most of my shopping online and today was just a reminder to keep it that way. People suck!

Horrible customer service. I was cursed out by an store associate for addressing her vulgar language in front of a child.

Clean store, decent selection and not too busy. I found their home decor selection to have lots of tasteful choices. I will go there again.

My niece and I were on vacation right at start of COVID-19 and this was the only store still open at that time. Huge store with some great bargains, especially on shoes. We each got 3 pairs! Would recommend.
