Showed up at 7:30 pm... no operator there...confirmed correct location..7:45....no operator...7:55...no text, phone call message or email...called OnBoard...3 situations, disconnected-rings and rings-voice mail... waited until 8:30 pm. No contact from Viator or OnBoard. Phoned OnBoard next day to listen to the following ‘I’m in New York , I don’t know what they do there , you’ll have to call Viator...I’m pretty sure they wrote them something... I’m sure you’ll get a refund’Contacted Viator and will get my refund in 5-7 business days - they certainly got my money and time a lot faster than that and the automated phone system was a real pleasure. Zero out of 5 for a complete lack of communication and customer service!

This was an awesome tour!! Susie was our tour guide and very friendly and fun and knew her stuff!! Hank was our great driver and got us to all our stops on time even with all the crazy traffic. We did this on our 1st night and have a lot of fun and got some very helpful information as to what to do for the rest of our trip. Would recommend!!!

We went on the tour of lights at night with Susie as our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable as well as full of energy. She pointed out so many things we would have never seen so we were glad we didn't miss this tour. The Bellagio fountain, the lighted Las Vegas sign and the Fremont light show were some highlights for us. We would definitely recommend this tour. No driving and just seeing these sights.

This special night lights tour will depart with one seat filled or all the seats filled. Renee, the tour guide is especially concerned that everyone hears and knows all about everything we saw. I cannot compliment this company enough for the care and concern given to handicapped guests. I will take this tour again when we visit Vegas to feel the happiness from Renee.
