Had reserved a transfer from the port of Miami to the airport with Super Shuttle after our cruise ( for 2 persons ). We had already paid on Internet and we were supposed to have the transfer at 10h45. We tried to find a person to help us to find the shuttle but nobody was there to help us. I finally saw the shuttle and asked the driver to go on board. I was told that I had to call the office to confirm the reservation. On my confirmation document, there was no phone number where I could call and I had to wait for another shuttle to pass by to note the phone number marked on the door. When I reached the office, it took a long time for them to find my reservation. I was finally told that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before the shuttle would pick us up. When the shuttle arrived, there was another man waiting for the same shuttle but the driver could not find his reservation number. We had to wait again before he could get the O.K. from his office to accept him on board. After another stop at another port terminal to pick up more passengers, we arrived at the airport more than an hour after the scheduled time. It would have been a lot more convenient to take a taxi for a similar price.

Miami Super Shuttle is Super Inefficient, Super Late and Super in not delivering in any customer service. On arrival at Miami Airport and locating the nearest Miami Super Shuttle pick-up point which had been pre-booked we were advised that the bus would be 15-20 minutes approx. One hour later we were still waiting. Despite several conversations with the not so friendly staff who were more content in having joyful conversations in Spanish with everyone whom are not their customers and were more keen on updating their Facebook accounts on their mobile phones no updates were provided. In fact they could not remember any persons name and booking details and had to keep referring to their iPads. They were Super Clueless. If you want a reliable transfer service from the airport to a hotel do not contemplate using this company and look elsewhere.

I flew in for a business conference at the Palms on Miami beach and highly recommend Super Shuttle. For only $19 each way I took a ten passenger van from the airport directly toy hotel with limited stops. Much cheaper than a taxi and didn't take much longer because my wait was only about ten minutes. Book in advance to save money.
