tripadvisorThe exhibition Biophilia was one of many highlights from the 2024-2025 season at the Flinn Gallery. The exhibit had a funky botanical theme with six artists working in different kinds of mediums in 2D paintings -- digital art to unconventional 3D mediums such as works made out of aluminum cans, zip ties, and ceramics. The Flinn Committee hosts five exhibitions a season (September through June); often offering the space as a summer rental to local arts organizations. The artwork is of a high caliber, and their staff is very experienced and professional. There is often tie-in programming with the Greenwich Library such as the Friends Friday Films, Innovation Lab, and outreach to the local schools and organizations. Open seven days a week. A must visit.
MoreThis gallery has the atmosphere & exhibit quality of a NYC gallery. A pleasant experience every time.
MoreSome exhibits hit wile others miss, but overall a great space. Opening nights have a reception and gallery talks accompany the show.
MoreI had been meaning to visit here for a while, and I’m glad I finally did. Admission is free, and the artistic quality is high, as are the prices, if you’re looking to buy. The works change periodically, and all are welcome at the gallery openings, where refreshments are served. Check their website for exhibits and openings.
