I was passing through town on a day the museum is not normally open. I stopped in at the senior center and was able to find someone to open the museum. There is a list of contact phone numbers on the door. Dale also gave a tour and explained some of the artifacts. They have some unique items like a quilt with the state flowers of each state. There is a nice mural showing the history of the area just inside the door. One of my favorite items was an old fashioned washing machine with a butter churn attachment.
