The long and short of it is DO NOT USE. I booked a tour and then they cancelled. It took months to get a refund and then only by disputing my charge on my credit card and numerous phone calls . I am still out over $200 Toni redeposit points on my airline ticket.

A week before all paid to trip to Yellow Stone. No one returned our calls and website was down. Will this loser ever pay us back??

My group of four paid Experience Park Tours a total of $10,000 for a week in Yellowstone while traveling in a luxury limo liner tour bus. The experience was to include 18 meals prepared by a private chef as we traveled to the beautiful sites in the park. Beer & wine were to be included, lodging at two dude ranches & one Hilton. We paid for our own flights to get from AZ to WY. We were encouraged by Frank Smith (CEO) to hurry and pay in full to take advantage of the two for one special. We paid in full a year in advance, spring 2018. Need I say we built up our anticipation for the entire year. Fast forward to early spring 2019. As we near the tour date we are not receiving any final itinerary p, to make matters worse, there was no response from our phone calls and emails. It didn’t take long for us to know we were scammed. We still flew to WY in hopes the bus would still come to get us... NO BUS. We quickly took matters in our own hands and went to our Plan B .. needless to say, we put the negative out of our heads to still create a nice trip at additional costs. There is a pattern of scam history on Facebook search Victims of Cecil Frank Smith. We are moving forward with prosecution. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS .
