I went in about two weeks ago to get a new charging cable for my Iphone 6+. These things are notoriously feeble and poorly constructed. They did a great job of selling me on their replacement cord...

They were not even friendly from the start. I asked them what they could offer me compared to online, and they tried to tell me that if i ordered online i would have worse service. How is that?...
