Parking and leaving can be a nightmare. Especially for those with disabilities.

The venue is nice. Be prepared to walk, the Parking lot is far away and the restrooms are far away. But other then that - we had a nice night out

Our daughter gave us tickets to see the Beach Boys concert last night at the Fraze. This was first time there and I was worried about where to park. The gates for the 7:30 concert open at 6 so I wanted to be there in plenty of time to get close parking. There was allot more free parking around it than I realized both on the street, parking lot by Fraze and across street at Fairmount HS Trent Arena. I chose the HS since there should be less problems getting on Lincoln Park Blvd to go back to I75 N. This proved to be the case, we had NO WAIT exiting the parking lot.The Fraze experience was very good. Since it is public venue, my wife's purse was search, note they have size limits of carry-ons, and we had to empty our pockets and go through Metal Detector. The staff was very laid back and helpful. The restrooms are behind the food stand which is not real close to the Pavillion. They were very clean and adequate for the sold out crowd. The seats, there are several options, bleachers, grass, orchestra - folding chairs which has limited space between chairs and permanent seating on sides which had cup hoders, cushioned and very comfortable, these are ones we had. Only downside, our seats were A Section L19&20, no problem seeing stage but they had screen center stage and a Column holding up roof blocked much of the screen. The Beach Boys concert was great, very little jawing and almost continuous music of their hits, others standard etc. The first set went an hours, 1/2 hr intermisson and then another hour, which was also an hour with some music less intense then first hour. At the end the crowd was on its feet, singing and clapping. Us Old Farts remember this from HS, Elementary, Middle School and College in 60's and 70's playing on radio and on our record players. Sadly, Mike Love may have been only original member but the guys playing Sax, Keyboards, 5 guitars and drums played with fervor of the Originals. Great Concert - Great Venue - Great Time.

I want a refund for the cancelled Nelly concert. The Fraze apparently hasn’t formally announced its cancellation. We attended the concert and it was called due to weather, four songs in.
