This is the 4th time we’ve used Birds and again they do NOT disappoint.Absolutely superb day with the amazing in water guide Heidi and Captain Kip, who immediately found some manatees and allowed us to spend a HUGE amount of time in the water.Deffo coming back next year, thank you

Had a great time . Just an hour tour with Skip. It was great of him to take us out after he just got back from a scuba tour. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and Crystal River. We’ll definitely be back.

In the middle of the manatees’ quiet season, we had really low expectations for our trip but were blown away. The team’s knowledge, passion and obvious love for these gentle creatures is wonderful to be around in its own right - actually getting to swim alongside the manatees was a (huge!) bonus. Particular thanks to Brian and Captain Will for taking such great care of us today, and the manatees every day.

Great experience. Rick and Gina were great. The Manatees were elusive because of the time of year, but Gina and Rick didn't give up. I really liked how all the companies work together to make sure everyone has a great experience, without any competition. We are moving to FL and will definitely book again when the Manatees are back for the winter.

We had a private manatee tour today with guide Gina and captain Rick. We got up early from Orlando and headed out to location. From the minute we got there I could not fault them. Really looked after us. Myself, my Wife, my Dad and my 2 daughters and Niece aged 16, 14 and 14. Both went to great efforts to get us that magical experience with a manatee, we knew it was out of season but still they located some and it was the experience we hoped for. Then the extra treat of having time to visit 3 sisters spring as part of the tour…. Possibly one of the most beautiful swimming places and plenty of fish when snorkelling. Gina took loads of photos of our day and I was expecting these would be really pricey but they cost 30 dollars for the lot in digital, context that was 84 photos of our day and two videos…. Amazing really as one ride photo can set you back that.I have been to Florida a number of times and this is our 3rd visit in 5 years but this is the first time here and we will be back, this was such an amazing day and we will be back for other experiences they offer.Thank you to both for today, the kids were beaming with smiles all the way back to Orlando and all said this was one of the best things they have ever done.
