Very clean hotel in a great area. We could walk to some nice restaurants. Have nice bike paths. We rode to Grand Junction and back. Very good customer service and friendly folks.

I am very picky about hotels, and this hotel checked every box and more! Hot tub, free full breakfast and within walking distanceto restaurants, dinosaur museum, gas station and Starbucks were superb! Super close to the Colorado National Monument scenic drive and the Colorado visitor’s center. Our room had the bathroom sink outside the bathroom which was perfect for two ladies, a dorm fridge and microwave. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to pick peaches or visit Arches National Park!

For the most part my previous stays at Comfort Inns have been very positive with ratings from good to excellent. This particular hotel was an exception. The only good experience was at check-in and check-out; the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms themselves were small and crowded with poor lighting. The bathroom lighting was very dim, the toilet was stained, there was an unpleasant odor and the toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen. There was a coffee pot but it was up high on a shelf inside the closet. The beds sagged on one side and the pillows were old and lumpy. Although there as a chair for sitting, it was jammed into a space adjacent to the bed with the arm rest literally up against the mattress. The breakfast fruit were indicative of the hotel quality; the bananas were past their prime. Although we pass through the area several times a year, we will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

After a long drive from Phoenix, AZ we finally arrived. KK Patel met us and no only made us feel welcomed, but valued. Had a spotless, large room. Great value for what we had. Set off the main road so very quiet. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Wonderful breakfast, it might be the best I've ever had at a chain hotel. Next time we drive to Colorado to see our friends, we'll drive the extra hour and a half just to get here.

After a disappointing and frustrating reservation debate with another place in town, this hotel saved the day. Because of a very lengthy road closure on I-70 east of Grand Junction, we were not able to make it to our destination until the morning of the wedding we were going to; not the night before. We informed the hotel we initially wanted to stay at we were not going to make it that night because of the closure and be there in the morning. They supposedly understood. We heard from other stranded travelers their intended hotel in the area was well experienced in lengthy, mountain road closures and understood. When we arrived our rooms were not available. We didn't have time to wait for check-in time and ready ourselves. We went across the street and this Comfort Inn had enough and the right rooms immediately available. We explained why we needed them. The young man behind the counter was excellent in handling a very short notice need for multiple rooms. He handled everything very well. The rooms were great. The entire hotel experience was very good from the pool to the breakfast. The woman running the breakfast was very responsive! Thank you for providing so much in such short time!
