It is always such a nice experience shopping at the San Carlos location. Always excellent customer service and a pleasant atmosphere. Marlaina shows excellent leadership skills and provides great customer service. She shows great compassion for her job.We highly recommend shopping and supporting this store and the Teen Challenge mission.

This is my favorite thrift store; frequent thrift stores on a regular basis. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Merchandise always a great selection. The store layout is easy to navigate through; clothing color-coordinated as compared to other stores of this type. The merchandise turnout is unbelievable. What's there in AM, possibly sold by the PM. To me, this speaks for the way the store operates and its staff.

Of the several thrift stores in the immediate area, I feel this one is the best. Large interior space, wide aisles, broad selection of goods, well-organized, lots of parking, and great prices. It's hard to beat. You don't see any junk or worn-out items here. It's all good stuff.

Great organization but let us down when it came time to pick up items for donations. They will only pick up what they feel is worthy.

I Love Teen Challenge. The is a Christian Based non profit business. People are friendly and all donations go to a good cause . Praise be to Jesus Christ!
