Thriving with marine businesses, the Port of Oakland is amongst five of the busiest ports in the country. While business is a top priority, environmental sustainability is also kept in consideration with California’s Green Trade Corridor Marine Highway Project. Since its establishment, the Port has developed into an entertainment zone too, and is open to people for recreational activities. The Port of Oakland plans on maintaining a 34,000-seat ballpark for Oakland Athletics' Major League Baseball Team at the Howard Terminal. Along with weekly flea markets and live entertainment for families, the port is home to many restaurants and an Amtrak Station. The Port of Oakland is also home to the USS Potomac or the Floating White House which was the Presidential Yacht of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the 32nd President of the USA.
