tripadvisorCame across this hotel on a refurbished motel instagram account. Job well done. We needed an overnight in this area and a bonus that it is minutes from Colorado National Monument. Rooms are sparse but clean with everything you need. It caters to bicyclists. Continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Way more options than we expected. Fuita has a great little downtown within walking distance.
MoreThis place is truly a gem of a find. Sometimes it is difficult to find a place that is happy to take both you and your dog. This place is one of them. Check in was easy. The staff was super helpful. I had a sick dog one night, and the cleaning lady didn't hesitate to bring me a new comforter for the bed. The room has everything you need including a fridge and microwave. There were some healthy options for breakfast. I liked the code for the door instead of a key or key card. I'd recommend staying here.
MoreVery clean little motel served all our needs. Close to downtown walking distance. Very friendly staff.
MoreKing room was clean and in good condition. Well located in the downtown Fruita area. We preregistered in advance and got a code for our room at check in time. Very convenient.
MoreThis Inn is a really excellent example of renovating an older hotel into a quality budget option. It seems to be run by an extreme introvert as there was zero staff interaction, which surprisingly worked out well. You get a code to access your room after some digital paperwork. The rooms look modern and have all the amenities you need for one night. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Inn is right next to a cute downtown and a short drive from the Colorado National Monument. The breakfast is stocked and openly accessible in the morning. I thought the options were exceptional for a small breakfast room. They did a better job with options than most hotels I see with two or three times the breakfast space. You honestly can't pick a better budget hotel in the Fruita area. I would stay here again in a second if I ever passed through again. Book this one if you are visiting the area.
