Half Priced Books took it upon themselves to establish a new law in their establishment. They refused business to me because I am asthmatic and cannot wear a mask, yet they let others walk around their store with no mask on. This is the definition of Hypocrisy and Discrimination. I will take all of my business elsewhere. I am also never recommending their store again to my friends.

New and used books and some stationary and gift items. I have been to Half Price Books in other states and am pleased to see one in my home town. They always have an interesting selection of books and have other media as well. The store was clean and the staff was helpful. It is nice to occasionally browse an actual book store. I plan on visiting with my husband for a date night.

If u like to actually peruse books before buying, it's nice to have a bookstore again. Plus interesting gift ideas. Prices reasonable. But for new releases u are better off buying elsewhere for a better price.

My first impression when talking through the door was how wide open, clean, and well organized the store was. We asked the man working there where the golf books would be and he told us the exact aisle and where along the aisle they would be. My husband ended up finding a book he didn't already have in his library and I found something I wanted to read while on our vacation. There was no musty smell that you sometimes have in used book stores, no books stacked in the aisles, and all the books were in good condition.
