I cant say enough about this place, I travel alot in my 40 foot motor home and pull a car, Starting with Jonathon who took the time to find me a great spot, the pools are all great and at 65 i loved the water slide, i loved it so much that on my return trip home i went 250 miles out if my way to stay another 2 nights, i read a few reviews and was shicked about people bitchin about prices, having been in 49 states in every type of RV park and stopped at a lot of hot springs and pools, this place is nit over priced the night before i stopped here i paid $5 more for a shower at a truck stop than i paid for hot springs, a cool pool, great friendly people,the pizza place was awesome too, Thank you again everybody

We just went to the hot pools, not the big pool. We go for the water and It is wonderful. I love the smell of sulfur on my skin because I know it means the water is healing, and it is. For many years I taught school and I would take my students on a field trip that covered some aspect of Idaho such as history, geology, geography and even maps and graphing where we would go, how long it would take and how many miles we would cover.Now I am retired, but I still try to come up several times a year for the healing water. It is a bit of a family thing. My great aunt, really a long time ago, would go and rent a room for a month and soak every day in the healing waters. For us older folks, Heise is the best soak I know of. I'll let the younger people talk about the awesome slides, the big pool, Pizza and other good food. Heise has something for everyone who likes a down home experience. The water does tarnish silver but it returns to, well, silver after a few days, no worries. The drive up is so beautiful, it never fails to thrill us. Right now it is fall and a lovely fall! I have attached some pictures. You can see the geography of this area of Idaho.

Stay'd in cabin #6. Very clean, comfortable bed and NO HOT WATER!! Stay'd for 2 nights. It look like all the other cabins were occupied. There was a closet that had a water heater in there. Does that water heater service all 6 cabins. No shower for 2 1/2 days. Won't do that again!!

We came all the way from Victor Idaho, heading west and just wanted to soak in a hot spring after visiting Yellowstone and grand Tetons. Lots of walking and hiking and this would’ve been the perfect time to soak and my first time in a Hot Spring. However, they were closed on a Monday, Sept 9th around 11:30 AM. They are now on winter hours, or after Labor Day. Their website did not reflect that as this is still summer, even though I realize school has started. very disappointing and they should put something on their website stating after Labor Day hours. The place looked very nice very well kept and there were a couple guys working on the summer pool.

It was a wonderful camping experience with all the extra amenities available. I’m definitely making this a new part of my yearly visit spots.
