This is a beautiful place. There is art on display in a well lit studio. Unexpected, and bright! Come on in and check it out.

While the theater is nice they take tickets to get into the theater proper instead of when entering the lobby. That means if you visit the restroom or drinking. Fountain you must stand in line and show your ticket stub to get back into the theater every time. What a waste of time and effort for all involved

This renovated old theater is the place to go for tons of entertainment locally. From Classical music to ballet to comedy to Celtic dance. Wow, this place has it all. I look forward to the new season's roster just to see what is coming to town. Love this old theater. It was used for many years for a Cinema and was extremely fancy for its time but now has been used for more classy events of the city after Miles and Virginia Willard donated funds to totally restore it and bring it up to date on some things that needed to be done. It is absolutely stunning inside now and hosts such musical events like Celtic Woman and much much more.

Though it is small, we always enjoy stopping in to see the current art displays, which are free of charge and in the lobby area.Often, there are also art displays upstairs that are free to walk around and interesting. If you attend a show or concert, the theater does the job nicely for our little Idaho Falls. Good sound, fairly comfortable seats (though limited leg space, especially for 6'4 men!) and staff has always been pleasant.

The Willard Arts Center was renovated from an old theater, keeping some of the beauty of the past in the decor. The seating is good and the variety of shows reach out to many different tastes. The attached art gallery features a vast gamut of types of art.
