Reviews
tripadvisorIt was WONDERFUL. Staff, cabins, location was WONDERFUL…
MoreWhen I called to inquire about a reservation I was greeted by a very rude staff member who made me feel as though I was bothering them. When I drove past the park I was actually relieved that I was treated so disrespectfully and chose not to stay there, because this place is very poorly maintained. I would never recommend this park, even for a quick pass through. The owners and management have a lot of work to do to on both their attitudes and the condition of the park.
MoreInexpensive and a great price. Good location. Friendly staff.
MoreThis place is an old, disgusting park where the majority of the people seemingly live here full time. TINY spots, rude staff, and their definition of “river” must be different than mine. Place was dirty and full of garbage RVs and some interesting people. Would not recommend this place for anyone, but especially if you have a coach. Our “pull through premium site” had is, literally, facing a parking lot and work shop of a grain silo. See pictures. Staff were rude, especially the larger lady in the office. The brunette lady was nice until she knocked on our door because I was taking pictures for this post. Amazingly rude so just don’t take pictures while you are in the park. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
MoreWe spent a single night in this park and would rate it average. It looks like an older KOA (with the A frame office and the typical KOA cabins)Roads were narrow with tight turns and the park had no boundary fence or sense of security. We were on row A and bordered an overflow parking lot that fronted Lindsey Blvd. (a very busy road) This lot also served as parking for a least two other businesses and several long term / permanent trailers on both sides. The utility services were logical except for sewer which was a long run.Water pressure was OK and the laundry was in good condition and usable. Row A makes for an easy departure but borders the undesirable back lot and road, so I would avoid that spot.
