The staff members at McU were very helpful and gave me tips on where to go on the bicycle I rented from them: what to watch out for, how to handle tire pricks from goatheads, etc! I loved the experience so much that I bought one of their sale bikes and they applied the rental charge I had paid earlier in the day to the purchase of the new bike. There were some good deals on marked-down shoes, too. I am really glad that there is such a great sporting goods shop in downtown Boise.

After all these years in Boise and shopping downtown, I feel the need to let the world know how much I appreciate our local businesses. I needed a new swim cap and drove out to my favorite swim store to find them permanently closed. On a whim, I visited McU Sports on lunch break and find they carry swim caps! along with many other useful sporting gear to keep me moving. With two locations, there isn't much you can't find at Mc U for watersports, camping, hiking, team sports, skiing and cycling.

My wife and I rented bikes from McU mainly to ride the Boise River Greenbelt. We chose McU over other options such as the app bikes because McU bikes were were very reasonably priced and they included helmets and locks. The 7 speed cruiser bikes were in great shape and perfect for around town. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As greenbelt rookies we were appreciative of the tips and map to help us out. I highly recommend McU for all your sports needs. Thanks guys, you rock and helped make our trip an awesome one.
