We rented 3 high end mountain bikes for a day. We came in on the Thursday before our Saturday rental, to get the bikes all set up, so we could get the he $150 per day bikes right at 10am. Well, it was disappointing that the bikes were not set up and ready to go for us on Saturday morning. No pedals on, not set up for proper weight in the shock, tires not inflated. It took the tech (who was knowledgable) 55 minutes to get us out of the door. We came in right at 10am. That was disappointing because we came in specifically to get the bikes ready for us on Saturday morning. I thought that was unacceptable. They made no effort to compensate us for the hour lost. I expected more for a $500 rental.

MoreI rented a high end bike for a week. If you rent there, take detailed photos of every scratch on the bike before leaving the shop. $40 extra was charged for very minor scratches when I returned it. Also, the rental charge was $50 more than quoted over the phone, and corrected with a discount when I questioned it. While reviewing my trip photos, I found one of the bike before the first ride clearly showing the scratches. I contacted the shop, showed them the photo, and got my money refunded. Nice shop with courteous staff. They took a lot of time to setup the bike. I will use another shop next time.
MoreThey offer traditional bikes for rent, as well as electrical bikes. We opted for the latter, since we have those at home. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice in showing us the best places for a leisurely bike tour. We did a little over 11 miles on the Greenbelt, and had an amazing time. I do not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
MoreWe rented bikes 2 city cruisers here to explore the greenbelt and BSU. Very nice staff who got us set up and rolling in no time. It is really a BIG store with lots of cool bikes and biking related stuff. I was happy with our experience here.
