The room is a perfect size for what I need. The items that the hotel provides for use in their kitchenette are solid. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It has been nice having a home away from home here in Boise.

I just transferred to idaho for work. I am staying here while I am looking for a permanent home. The front desk has been absolutely amazing. Amanda is amazing. Throughout my travel and numerous hotel stays, this one has been clean with amazing staff who is helpful with everything.

I'm not sure what I think about this location. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Majority of the staff is not very open and accommodating. With the exception on one person. Her name is Juanita. Everyone else I've had contact with besides her is stand offish, and seems be bothered. I've worked in the hospitality industry for many years. Usually in upscale hotels. I've never had an experience like this. So it's not comfortable and it's awkward.Hotel's charge alot of money. And when everything is provided that's understandable. My personal opinion is this location is fine but that's as long as you refrain from interacting with staff. Juanita should be the manager. Because she's very friendly, open, respectful and accommodating.I don't approve of how they operate. I've had lots of key card problems. The reservation dept was not accommodating. And I think quite frankly they were rude. It's pretty clean, the rooms are good. The halls and parking are good. But the staff needs a overall on how to interact and be professional related to the hospitality industry. I'm disappointed. I'll deal with it and finish my reservation. Check out and start a reservation elsewhere. They have potential they just need some more training to and to learn how to be pleasant upbeat and accommodating.

From the moment I walked into the cleanest room I'd ever seen I knew I'd made the right choice. I didn't know my two week stay would stretch to FIVE, but I was actually happy it did. Despite my picture window facing the parking lot I Never heard a car start, or a door close. Even though temps hit 101 one day I still didn't need the big A/ C unit. My kitchenette was completely outfitted and the fridge was full-sized. The ladies who manned the reception desk could not have been nicer, sharper and actually welcomed the chance to go the extra mile. Bless you all.Just bring the prices down a little bit.Put it on more apps and more indeed even more businesses come down off the washer and dryer price is too high 325 to wash and 325 to drive too much money.
