No hot water for shower.Staff is inept.They made me walk half way across the building for more of the same,NO HOT WATER!I had to do a cold shower quick dip and was grubby all day.I called them twice to speak to a manager and left my phone numberI received NO CALL!
MoreI booked a reservation here for a single night in early September 2026. The first hotel room I was in had two spiders and what appeared to be a baby praying mantis. I then asked help from reception to be put in a second room, which was quickly provided. Unfortunately the bedsheets of the second room were stained. I then left without staying the night, and slept in a hotel elsewhere. Reaching out to the manager multiple times led me to voicemail, even during the hours that staff said the manager would be in office. This hotel is not fit for guests. Avoid this place.
MoreA very accessible hotel, about a ten-minute drive from Apple Park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was decent, except that the windows couldn't be opened; they were sealed shut with a pane of clear glass. There was no liquid soap in my room, and the breakfast was quite average, served with plastic utensils that made eating very unpleasant.
MoreUpon checking in, we found full stains and unhygienic conditions on the couch. I requested a room change or cleaning at the front desk, and the receptionist assured us it would be handled. However, nothing was done. For two full days, the issue went completely unaddressed—and worst of all, my child got sick during our stay. Very disappointed with the lack of service and cleanliness.
MoreThe hotel management and staff made a good effort to keep the room looking and smelling clean and comfortable. I will definitely return to stay whenever I need a room in Sunnyvale. Hopefully I have the time to use the gym and pool when I next stay with you.(This hotel is right next to a supermarket and is super convenient!)
