I know malls much better than this one, oc mall is small and poor WILLOWBROOK mall is much better.and few more woodbridge etc.OC MALL IS LIKE 3RD WORLD MALL.

Lets be real here boys, I think Ocean county mall is one of the best places in Toms River and I dont understand how the library beat it in the top 15 tourist attractions on trip advisor. Do u not want people to come here because the top attraction is a mall, exactly.

This used to be a bustling mall, but like many others it is struggling to find its place in the new economy of Amazon, E-Bay, etc. The Macy's is on the downturn with cracked floors, depressing dressing rooms and limited selections. The JC Penny is limited. My favoirte store is Boscov's, but it always seems to offer less than its other NJ stores. The Sears in closed. It's still a good place to go for county government services in the County Connection with free and convenient parking. You can get passports there and learn about services for seniors, vets, and things to see and do in the area.

Recently moved into area and checked out local mall. Anchor stores ok but pricing generally higher. You can usually find what you need at one of the anchor stores: JC Penny, Macey's and Boscov

Coming from up north, I'm spoiled with great upscale malls. I knew moving to Ocean County wouldn't have all the high end stores I love and am used to but I expected decent quality department stores at least. Man was I wrong. This Mall is sad and is in desperate need of a makeover. The department stores are barren, messy and in need of newer and more inventory. Even the Macy's is barely hanging on by a thread. Poor excuse for a Mall.... One thing I can be thankful for is the convenience of the Passport Place as well as the makeshift Sephora inside of JC Penny's. But that's about it.
