Louis first established the LA insurance agency after being endorsed by the Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriffs (ALADS) in 1981 as Broker/Agent providing insurance services for their Deputy Sheriff membership. In 1985, he expanded the agency operations and relocated to the fresh air and sunshine of the beautiful South Bay area.
