This is a charming little city airport. Both Americans and Canadians can fly for a very low price. It also has on-site parking that is reasonably priced. The lineups for security are usually rather short. After check-in and security, all of the dining options and stores are available. The restrooms are always spotless.

the taxi situation in buffalo is in bad shape. overpriced , unreliable, and especially regarding the airport. there is one exclusive taxi company that stands outside of arrivals. trying ti find them online is impossible and even the Vuffalo Airport website doesnt identify them . I called Airport Taxi once to go thinking it was the whote cars that are eclusive to the airport and instead a yellow taxi showed up. another time i made the same mistake and no one showed up at 5:30 am for an early flight. the entire system is deceptive and should be controlled. it is chaos and all about confusion.

We were heading to Niagara Falls/Ontario from the Buffalo Airport (flew in from Boston) and didn't want to rent a car and pay the crazy nightly rate to park at our hotel ($40/night Canadian). I did a bit of research and came upon this taxi service. VERY easy to book online but I preferred to call to actually speak with them. VERY nice and professional drivers. It's a mini van that it very clean, updated and comfortable. All in all, the trip from Buffalo airport was about 35 minutes - our time at the border was no longer than 5 minutes. Easy breezy. Price was $79/canadian - plus tip. Very nice service. Highly recommend.
