Very dirty and unprofessional. Screaming back and forth from receptionist and employee in presence of customers. Was given a pedicure start to finish in 15 minutes. Will never return and would never recommend. Worst pedicure and manicure I’ve ever encountered in all my many years.

Started out great but each subsequent fill and polish was lacking. French tip painted on crooked. Fill was lumpy and the nail was rough and not filed smooth. I absolutely hate it when they are working on your nails and their eyes are wandering all over the place but on your nails.

Absolutely love this place my only complaint is for the past couple of months every time I call to book an appointment with Son I can't get in so after being a very loyal customer for several years I had to find another nail salon.

I found Pretty Nails when we moved to The Villages in June 2019. Kaylie is very good. She does just what I request. I’m a repeat customer.

I had an appointment at 11:00 with Kaylie, for a manicure and a pedicure. I was a little early, but she was happy to take me right away. Kaylie was very friendly and professional. She gave me a great manicure/fill, and one of the best pedicures ever. She does an awesome leg & foot massage as well! I left with very happy feet!
