This hotel looks good in pictures but is not great, neither was the service. Our first night we wanted clean linen for the one of the beds because what was on there was stained and my daughter didn’t want to sleep on it. We tried calling the front desk from the room’s phone only to discover it was disconnected. My daughter went down to the front desk to ask for different linen and was given only a blanket which also had stains. In the second room (we booked two rooms) the heating unit was separated from the wall to the point that you could see outside. We had to double up blankets to make sure the kids didn’t get cold from the outside air. The temps were in low 30’s. There was no working ice machinesOne of the elevator doors wouldn’t close all the way. We had to pry the doors open to take a different one. We were there three nights and not once did housekeeping come to our rooms to empty trash, make beds, give us fresh towels. Nothing. It was NOT a good experience for my family or myself. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

BAD!!!! There was blood on the sheets, mystery wet liquid, and new and old stains all over. When I asked for new sheets, they said there were no clean ones in the building. I asked for a blanket to cover the sheets, and there were no blankets either. We switched rooms and there was fresh blood on the sheets in the new room and parts of the bed were wet, some spots yellowish, some brownish, and some clear. The receptionist laughed when we brought up our concerns. Ended up having to leave that night and did not get my money back, including the $50 deposit that was a surprise expense at check-in. I usually will stick it out, but I truly felt unsafe here. We talked to a cop who was at the hotel and he said this would be the last place he would recommend staying and said the hotel buys reviews and that is the only reason they have any positive ones. I also left my luggage in the luggage room during the day before checking in, and when I asked for my luggage back, the staff was so confused and they almost could not figure out where my luggage was, or how to get into the room where it was.

No where was webtold we had to pay a $50 deposit on a card only. They let us stay but I had to also pay $50 that they would not give back. The night staff woman was nice and as helpful as she could be. We would stay again but prepare people for charges. I booked through booking.com and they mentioned nothing about a card had to b used.

Always love staying in this hotel. It’s an amazing experience. They didn’t have the breakfast buffet up this time which was a bummer. The water was cold for two days. Other than that. I enjoyed this day. I will be back. I just hope those small details can be worked out.
